Phase 1 — Construction Rough Clean

Removal of bulk trade debris, masking tape, protective films, and heavy dust from window frames, cabinetry, and fixtures. Vacuuming floors, removal of paint overspray, drywall splatter from window panes, frames, and tracks, vacuuming drywall dust, and initial adhesive/sticker removal.

Phase 2 — Deep Handover Clean

Detailed interior/exterior wipe down of all kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, drawers, shelving, countertops, backsplashes, and appliances (ovens, fridges, dishwashers, microwaves). Full sanitization of tubs, glass showers, sinks, toilets, tile walls, and plumbing fixtures. Washing of interior window glass, tracks, sills, and patio slider doors. Scrubbing/mopping of hard surfaces and detail vacuuming of carpets and baseboards.

Phase 3 — Pre-Occupancy Touch-Up

Final walk-through polish immediately prior to tenant/buyer turnover to eliminate settled airborne dust and trade traffic marks.
